We ship within Canada only. Enjoy free in-store pickup at 2984 Bloor St W, or free expedited shipping within Ontario on orders over $350 (before tax). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by Canada Post.

Orders placed by 12PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship same day; later orders ship next business day. Delivery estimates are approximate—please allow extra time during holidays or sales.

Carriage Trade is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Protect your order with Route Insurance for added peace of mind.

Gifts purchased Nov 12–Dec 24, 2025 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until Jan 11, 2026. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale.

Online Orders:

• Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags.
  
• Sale or promo items under 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only (a $10 restocking fee applies).
  
• Items 40% off or more are final sale.
  
• 10% Welcome coupon purchases may be refunded in full.
  

In-store Purchases:

Eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days.

Final sale exclusions: intimates, hosiery, socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care, and gift cards.
