All items may be picked up from our store at 2984 Bloor St West, free of charge!
Free expedited shipping is available within Ontario on orders of $350 or more, excluding taxes.
SHIPPING AVAILABLE WITHIN CANADA ONLY
The shipping rates and terms for orders shipped within Canada and to the USA are as calculated by Canada Post and are determined based on your order at checkout.
Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cut off time will ship the following business day. Delivery is available during business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Please note that shipping windows are approximated, and we are unable to guarantee order delivery dates. Please expect extra time for deliveries to remote markets, as well as during peak holiday times and sale periods.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
While rare, Carriage Trade is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once an order has been shipped. In the event that an issue arises during transit, we will provide you with all available shipment details, tracking information, and any documentation required by the carrier to assist in locating or resolving the matter.
Once goods have been transferred to the shipping carrier, you acknowledge and agree that Carriage Trade is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, delays, or losses incurred after dispatch.
CUSTOMER CARE
Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our Customer Service team can help you cancel an item or, where possible, change the size of an item within your order.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us at shop@carriagetradeshop.com during business hours for immediate assistance.
Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to edit billing or shipping details, combine orders, or add additional products to an existing order.
