Any gifts purchased between November 12th and December 24th 2025 may be exchanged or returned for a store credit until January 11th, 2026. Any gifts purchased at 40% or more are considered FINAL SALE.

 

ONLINE ORDERS

 

Regular Priced Items

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup for full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
Eligible items can be refunded to the original payment method or returned for store credit. Intimates, hosiery, socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care items, and gift cards are final sale.

 

Sale or Promo Items

  • Items discounted less than 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days. A $10 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the store credit.
  • Items discounted 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A $10 restocking fee applies to sale or promotional returns.
  • Items purchased on promotion can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of delivery or pickup. With the exception of items purchased with the 10% Welcome coupon which may be returned for a full refund.

How To Start A Return

  1. Email shop@carriagetradeshop.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and form.
  3. Include the completed RA form inside your package and write the RA number on the outside.
  4. Ship your item back to us using a trackable service and provide us with the tracking number through the original email thread. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.)
  5. Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds exclude shipping and duties.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions:

  • Intimates, hosiery, socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care items, and gift cards are final sale.
  • Items discounted 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.

  • Items purchased on promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Carriage Trade does not offer price matching or price adjustments on previously purchased items.
