To be eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund, all items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with the original tags attached.
Sales are final on all sale items, including items on promotion, intimate apparel, jewelry, glasses, personal care items, gift cards, and wherever stated.
Our Return Policy (in-store purchases)
Items purchased in store may be returned to the store within 7 days of the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
Our Return Policy (online purchases)
Items purchased online may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date. Only REGULAR priced merchandise is eligible for a refund.
To request to return an online purchase, contact us at email@example.com referencing your order confirmation number.
For approved return requests, we will issue a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the package. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays, damages or missing items during return shipping.
Ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your credit or refund is applied.
We always strive for perfection but mistakes sometimes happen. If you receive a damaged item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo for us to assess the damage. Please remember to reference the order confirmation number.
