Regular Priced Items
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery or pickup for full-priced merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached.
Eligible items can be refunded to the original payment method or returned for store credit. Intimates, hosiery, socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care items, and gift cards are final sale.

Sale or Promo Items
- Items discounted less than 40% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days. A $10 restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the store credit.
- Items discounted 40% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A $10 restocking fee applies to sale or promotional returns.
- Items purchased on promotion can be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of delivery or pickup. With the exception of items purchased with the 10% Welcome coupon which may be returned for a full refund.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. All merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.
Exclusions:
- Intimates, hosiery, socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care items, and gift cards are final sale.
- Items discounted 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.
- Items purchased on promotion can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Carriage Trade does not offer price matching or price adjustments on previously purchased items.
