Return & Exchange Policy
IN STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in store may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in original condition and must not be damaged or worn and must have original tags on them. Items that are damaged or missing original tags will not be accepted. SALE or PROMOTIONS items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following items may not be returned or exchanged for store credit:
- Intimate Apparel
- Personal Care Items
- Gift Cards
Items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items returned outside of this window will not be accepted. Only REGULAR priced items are eligible for a refund.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN ON ONLINE PURCHASES
- To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order confirmation number, name, reason for return and photos if damaged.
- Carriage Trade will review your order to determine if you are eligible for a return.
- Once your return has been approved we will email you a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of the package. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays, damages or missing items during return shipping. Please include your original invoice or order confirmation number.
- Email us with tracking of your return shipment.
- Once we receive your items, the return/ refund will be processed (excluding duties and shipping charges). Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card. Please keep in mind every banking institution differs slightly with timing. We will send you an email confirmation once we have refunded your order.
- Please note we do not provide shipping labels or return shipping fees to customers.
If you have received a gift, you are eligible to exchange within 14 days, as long as the product is unworn, not damaged, has the original price tags on and is not marked as FINAL SALE. Please follow the above steps to make a return.
CARRIAGE TRADE DOES NOT PRICE MATCH OR PRICE ADJUST ON REDUCTION TO THE SELLING PRICE. THE SELLING PRICE CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
