What sizes do you carry?

We offer an inclusive range of sizes across our collections. Size and fit may vary by designer, please refer to our size guide or reach out to our team for personalized assistance.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We regularly restock most pieces from our Essentials Collection. However, the majority of our other styles are limited and not restocked to keep our assortment special and exclusive. If there’s an item you missed out on, feel free to reach out. Our team may be able to place a special order. Please note that special orders are subject to additional terms and conditions; contact us for more details.

Can I place an order over the phone or through Instagram DM?

We’re happy to coordinate orders over the phone or through DM. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure checkout link via email or text so you can complete your payment safely and conveniently.

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we ship across Canada and The United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary; please see our shipping page for full info.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order ships. Please make sure to check your junk and spam folders as well.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

What is your return policy?

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, with extended timelines offered during the holiday season. Online returns or exchanges require prior approval from the Carriage Trade team to ensure a smooth and personalized experience. See our returns page for more details.

Can I return an online order in-store?

Yes. Bring your order and confirmation to our store within the return window. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to your original method of payment.
