Carriage Trade is happy to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that is full price, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags within 14 days of delivery/pickup date. The following items may not be returned: intimate apparel, hosiery or socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care items, and gift cards.
Merchandise that follows these standards are eligible for a refund or store credit. Regular priced merchandise purchased with the one time 10% OFF welcome coupon are also eligible for refund or credit. All shoes, handbags, and clothing must be returned with the original box, dust bag or packaging originally included.
For Sale items, Carriage Trade is happy to provide an exchange or store credit. Please note sale merchandise will not be eligible for a refund. All merchandise discounted at 50% OFF or more, are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit and will be considered FINAL SALE on completion of purchase. Sale merchandise that is qualified for an exchange or store credit must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags within 14 days of delivery/pickup date.
