LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

While rare, Carriage Trade is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once an order has been shipped. In the event that an issue arises during transit, we will provide you with all available shipment details, tracking information, and any documentation required by the carrier to assist in locating or resolving the matter.

Once goods have been transferred to the shipping carrier, you acknowledge and agree that Carriage Trade is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, delays, or losses incurred after dispatch.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

The shipping rates and terms for orders shipped within Canada and to the USA are as calculated by Canada Post and are determined based on your order at checkout.

Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cut off time will ship the following business day. Delivery is available during business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays. 

Please note that shipping windows are approximated, and we are unable to guarantee order delivery dates. Please expect extra time for deliveries to remote markets, as well as during peak holiday times and sale periods. 

We accept returns or exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery/pickup, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags.

Sale items discounted by 40% or less are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Returns on discounted items are subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from your store credit.

Some items are non-returnable, including intimate apparel, socks, jewelry, eyewear, personal care items, and gift cards.
