Important Notes:

Personalizations will appear in the center of the tote, font and font colour cannot be changed, font colour will be matched to your selected print.

All items may be picked up from our store at 2984 Bloor St West, free of charge! 

Receive free standard shipping is available within Canada on orders of $300 or more, excluding taxes.



The shipping rates and terms for orders shipped within Canada and to the USA are as calculated by Canada Post and are determined based on your order at checkout.

Orders must be received by 12pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cut off time will ship the following business day. Delivery is available during business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays. 

Please note that shipping windows are approximated, and we are unable to guarantee order delivery dates. Please expect extra time for deliveries to remote markets, as well as during peak holiday times and sale periods.  



Carriage Trade is not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen for which there has been no tracking on the order. 

Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our Customer Service team can help you cancel an item or, where possible, change the size of an item within your order. 

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us at shop@carriagetradeshop.com during business hours for immediate assistance. 

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to edit billing or shipping details, combine orders, or add additional products to an existing order.
